I paint realism fine art oil paintings. Currently, I have 4 collections. These include a Texas Collection, Sampler Collection, Military Collection, and Color Collection. I also will paint special commissions of various genre requests. Over the winter, some Army buddies challenged me to paint a series of contemporary paintings because they wanted to see what kind of modern art a traditional realism painter could create. To their surprise and not knowing I am a professionally trained and educated artist I created the Color Collection.

My long-term goal however is to nurture the Military art to a degree of excellence that can be acquisitioned into military museums and military hospitals. I collaborate with Operation Finally Home, a charity that builds mortgage-free handicapped accessible homes for wounded military members. My painting titled: A Good Spot was recently donated to the recipient of their 100th home, a US Marine with double above the knee amputations from the war in Afghanistan. During my military career I was an airborne infantryman (enlisted) and a MEDEVAC pilot(Commissioned Officer Corps) with many combat tours. I retired after 26 years of service last December.
